Join our Group IT team as a Level 3 IT Support Apprentice, gaining hands-on experience while developing your technical skills and working towards an IT qualification. You will provide first-line support to colleagues, troubleshoot IT issues and gain exposure to Microsoft 365, networking, infrastructure, cyber security and cloud technologies. Provide first-line support for hardware, software and IT issues Log, update and resolve support requests through the Service Desk Set up and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices and other IT equipment Assist with user accounts, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration Support basic network troubleshooting and IT infrastructure tasks Assist with system updates, maintenance and backups Follow IT security, data protection and company procedures Support IT projects, including upgrades, installations and migrations Maintain accurate IT asset and user records Work with suppliers and third parties when required Complete apprenticeship training, coursework and assessments Develop technical knowledge and skills through hands-on experience
