As we continue to grow, we're looking for an ambitious and proactive Product & Customer Success Executive who wants to play a key role in helping customers succeed while influencing the future direction of our product. This is a unique opportunity to sit at the centre of our business, working directly with customers, product, and engineering teams. About the role: You'll be responsible for helping customers get up and running with Harold as quickly and successfully as possible. From onboarding new clients and gathering user feedback to supporting integrations and testing new features, you'll become an expert in both our product and our customers' needs. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, taking ownership, and working directly with senior leadership to influence product decisions. No two days will be the same. What you'll be doing: Customer Onboarding & Success: Lead and accelerate customer onboarding after the sales process. Guide customers through setup, configuration, and implementation. Proactively manage follow-up activities to ensure customers achieve value quickly. Support pilot programmes and customer trials. Build strong relationships with users and become their trusted point of contact. Customer Feedback & Product Development: Schedule and run customer review meetings.
