You will work closely with the Operations Manager in a fast-paced environment, playing a key role in ensuring efficient and timely delivery operations. Key Responsibilities: Assisting with daily HGV route planning and scheduling Communicating with drivers regarding routes, delays, and updates Handling customer queries and providing delivery updates Supporting problem-solving when operational issues arise Updating transport systems and maintaining accurate records Ensuring compliance with transport regulations and driver hours
