Overview This Sprint walks you into the heart of CityFibre’s Network Operations Centre, where you’ll take on the real-world challenge of scheduling essential network maintenance. You’ll explore how operations teams protect customer experience by planning upgrades during low-demand periods, assessing potential impact, and communicating clearly with those affected. What’s Included Throughout the Sprint, you’ll be supported with insight from CityFibre expert Iain, a clear activity brief, and all the resources you need to complete the task. You’ll work with traffic graphs, a coverage map, and contextual guidance, and you’ll also be able to review a model answer and a full debrief that walks you through how a professional would approach the challenge.
