Overview: Tackle real challenges in cloud computing — Amazon style Cloud computing is at the heart of almost everything Amazon does — from powering Prime Video and Alexa to running major businesses around the world through Amazon Web Services (AWS). In this short, high-impact Sprint, you'll step into the shoes of an Amazon expert and take on a real-world challenge. It's your chance to see how cloud solutions are designed, and why they're essential to innovation at Amazon. Your task: Over the course of around two hours, you’ll work through a real-world cloud computing scenario, just like Amazon’s teams do every day. You’ll be asked to design your own solution to a business challenge — thinking creatively about how cloud technology can make services faster, smarter, and more efficient. Why it matters: After developing your solution, you’ll get to compare it to a model answer from an Amazon professional. You’ll sharpen your problem-solving skills, build cloud computing knowledge, and gain experience you can shout about in CVs, personal statements, and interviews.
