Overview Barclays LifeSkills helps young people get the skills and experiences they need to enter the world of work. We've joined forces to bring you a virtual work experience programme that will teach you the core transferable skills such as self-confidence and resilience that are important for whatever career path you follow. What's included After an introduction to Barclays LifeSkills, you'll learn how to identify your own skills (and the importance of this), self-confidence, resilience goal-setting, and how to develop a growth mindset for lifelong learning. To finish this all up, you'll sharpen your CV and interview skills to apply everything that you have learned.
