Join this Sprint with the Civil Aviation Authority, and use your creative thinking and great ideas to tackle a key security challenge that affects every airport in the world. In the Sprint, you’ll investigate potential security issues around boarding gates, and, with the help of expert professionals, you’ll gain the knowledge you’ll need to make some innovative suggestions on how to improve them. In this Sprint, you’ll be supported by Kirsty Richardson, Head of Aviation Security Compliance at the Civil Aviation Authority. Kirsty will take you through some of the key aspects of airport security, and provide an insight into some of the unique challenges that the sector faces. She will guide you through the task at hand, and showcase how organisations like the Civil Aviation Authority are working to tackle this.
