Overview This Sprint walks you into the world of CityFibre’s operational planning, where you’ll take on a real planning challenge based on genuine industry scenarios. You’ll explore how planners balance skills, demand, and daily capacity to keep installation dates on track and deliver a smooth experience for customers, even when unexpected changes occur. What’s Included Throughout the Sprint, you’ll be supported with insight from CityFibre expert Daniel, a detailed activity brief, and a small planning data pack to help you build your solution. You’ll work with information such as productivity rates, demand forecasts, and constraints. You’ll also be able to review a model answer and a full debrief that walks you through how a professional would approach this kind of logical, capacity-based planning problem.
