About this role

Overview This Sprint takes you into the world of Customer Experience at CityFibre, where you’ll take on the challenge of designing a smart self-service tool that helps customers solve broadband issues quickly and confidently. You’ll explore how CX teams improve journeys, reduce frustration, and create digital solutions that put the customer first at every stage. What’s Included Throughout the Sprint, you’ll be supported with insight from CityFibre expert Joanna, a clear activity brief, and all the resources you’ll need to complete the task. You’ll research common broadband pain points, explore examples of digital support tools, and build your own simple wireframe or mock-up. You’ll also have access to a model answer and a debrief that walks you through how a professional would approach this customer experience challenge.
