Overview In this Sprint with Heathrow, you’ll take on the role of a commercial expert and put forward a proposal for a new product that will be sold in Terminal 3. You’ll need to be realistic and think strategically about who’s going to see your product. Think you’ve got what it takes? What’s Included This Sprint allows you to carry out a real-world task and will give you a taste of what a future in a commercial role could look like. You’ll learn more about the role of Heathrow’s account managers, and gain insight into why thinking strategically about commercial decisions really matters. Your Heathrow mentors will provide you with the context you need to try out this task for yourself. You’ll learn from your mentors in explainer and debrief videos, and compare your answers with their suggestions to refine your abilities further.
