This apprenticeship is working toward a Level 3 Information Communication Technician qualification and is suitable for school/college leavers and those who have no IT qualification/experience but wish to start a career in IT. The Digital Services Department is offering an 18 month Information Communication Technician - Support Technician Apprenticeship. The Digital Services Service Desk is a small team providing first line support for IMT services to Healthcare organisations across Devon. The successful applicants will work at all times under the supervision of a qualified/experiences member of staff and provide first line support to clients on all matters relating to IT provision.
