DESNZ Career Simulation: International Net Zero

Overview This course introduces some of the diverse range of roles within International Net Zero at DESNZ. You’ll explore the qualifications and skills needed to succeed in this field, as well as gain insight into typical day-to-day responsibilities, helping you understand what it’s like to work as a Civil Service professional in this area. The course also looks at career progression opportunities and highlights the challenges, rewards, and benefits of working in the Civil Service. Most importantly, you’ll take part in a real-world activity that mirrors tasks carried out by International Net Zero professionals, giving you the chance to reflect on whether this career path could be right for you.
