Data Administrator Apprentice

Roseanna Grace Physiotherapy is a thriving, specialist physiotherapy clinic based in the centre of Jesmond (Metro station 5 minutes’ walk away) with nearby parking. We treat a variety of complex and specialist patients of all ages and backgrounds and no two days are ever the same! A typical caseload at this practice involves meeting patients with bladder and bowel dysfunction, pregnancy/postnatal aches and pains, men’s health, children’s incontinence and much more so the ideal applicant must be okay with talking and booking in patients with sensitive health needs. About the role: We have previously had business admin apprentices to support with our office. This time, we are looking for someone to help us to help us utilise our data also. This will include: Analysing patient’s data such as BMI, age etc. and whether this effects their recovery time. You will help the business gain valuable insights from the data that we have collected over the past 5 years Answering the telephone Greeting patients Analysing patient data You will work on bespoke IT systems (arranging appointments and making diary changes) Full training will be given, as well as learning essential data skills. About you: We’re looking for someone who is a great team player, able to multitask and take accountability. You must have a professional approach and be trustworthy.
