If so, our client is looking for a highly motivated Apprenticeship Administrator to join their Early Careers team based in Warwick for a 6-month contract! Contract Length: 6 months initially Daily Rate: Up to £300 Location: Warwick (Hybrid Working) (typically 2 days onsite per week, with flexibility during busy periods). About the Role As an Apprenticeship Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the life cycle of approximately 60 apprentices across various programmes. This isn't just an admin role; it's a chance to make a real impact by supporting programme delivery, coordinating exciting events, and facilitating recruitment activities. What You'll Do: Apprenticeship Programme Support: Track reviews and deadlines, coordinate placement rotations, and monitor learning journeys. Chase managers and apprentices for documentation to ensure all deliverables are completed on time. Maintain accurate programme records and administration. Events & Programme Projects: Lead logistics for Early Careers events, including Summer Connect and Winter team-building events. Manage event planning, speaker coordination, venue arrangements, and attendee bookings. Recruitment Support: Assist the Early Careers Recruitment Lead with assessment centre administration, candidate management, and interview scheduling. Coordinate internal and external recruitment events, including university careers fairs. Who We're Looking For: Previous experience in Early Careers, including recruitment, apprenticeships, or talent development. Strong administration and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
