Responsibilities: Providing effective 1st line technical support by diagnosing, resolving and escalating technical issues or bugs appropriately Assist with troubleshooting, maintaining, developing and enhancing key systems or applications Assist with maintaining and improving existing systems to ensure reliability and performance Installing, configuring, developing and supporting IT assets (software and hardware) to ensure users are equipped to perform their roles effectively Working collaboratively between specialised IT teams to maintain agreed service delivery standards Maintaining accurate and up-to-date technical documentation for processes, common tasks, applications, integrations and changes Required skills: Driving licence Ability to think logically and systematically Strong customer service skills Newly qualified or demonstrable experience in applicable IT Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organisational skills High levels of accuracy with an eye for detail Customer service driven approach to working is imperative Logical and methodical approach to troubleshooting Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 5pm Benefits: Pension Life assurance Private medical 35 days holidays Flexible working Future prospects: 90% of QA apprentices secure permanent employment after completing: this is 20% higher than the national average.
