Working as our HR Systems Apprentice , you’ll work towards a Level 3 Digital Support Technician over 13-15 months . You’ll provide system administration and co-ordination to support to the HR Systems Team. What you’ll be doing: Support the HR Systems Team with administrative tasks, including resolving system incident tickets. Assist with system testing and critical maintenance activities for system updates. Run regular and ad-hoc reports for managers and Senior Leaders across Jet2.com & Jet2holidays. Maintain data accuracy across both the HR and Recruitment Systems. Create new user accounts across all HR Systems to support employee onboarding. Provide support to colleagues across the business with HR System queries. Assist with the performance management process managed within the HR System. Collaborate with the Senior HR Systems and Business Transformation Manager on new initiatives and improvements. Develop and maintain HR system documentation, including user manuals, process maps, system configurations, and training materials. What you’ll have: Excellent organisational and time management skills. The ability to quickly ‘pick up’ new systems/technology. Adaptable and flexible to work within a dynamic and changeable business. Confident personality with a proactive and “can do” attitude. Develop and maintain good working relationships with Colleagues and Managers within the business. Initiative and ability to identify, solve or escalate problems accordingly. GCSE Maths
