About your role We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Apprentice to join our IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in IT while gaining hands-on experience supporting users, systems, and technology services within a professional business environment. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced IT professionals, developing technical skills across service desk support, Microsoft 365 administration, information security, infrastructure support, and end-user device management. Main responsibilities Acting as a first point of contact for IT support requests, incidents, and service inquiries. Providing technical support to users via phone, email, remote support tools, and in person. Assisting with the diagnosis and resolution of hardware, software, and account-related issues. Supporting user onboarding and offboarding activities, including account creation, access management, and equipment setup. Assisting with the administration of Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Entra ID. Helping maintain end-user devices, software deployments, and mobile device management systems. Supporting the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of audio and video conferencing equipment.
