We've won Apprenticeship Employer of the Year at the annual QA Apprenticeship Awards 3 years in a row. An opening has risen within our File Management team. This is a team who has supported several apprentices over the years, so you are in safe hands! Responsibilities: 1st point of contact for all queries directed to the File Management team. You will triage requests, escalate and manage accordingly Develop expertise in 3E (a legal practice management and CRM platform used for client data, billing, and matter management). You will search and maintain client details here Using Worksite to create new files, entering information accurately and effectively, filing daily correspondence Dealing with file requests made by staff and Partners Indexing and storage of old files Communicating with colleagues via Microsoft Outlook Desirable skills: Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Fantastic organisational skills Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines Attention to detail Working week: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm Benefits: 4pm birthday finish Extra holidays at Christmas Additional discounts Funding for external training Critical illness protection Life assurance Discounted conveyancing on sales and purchases Discounted eyecare Charity donation through payroll Cycle to work scheme Buy additional leave option CSR days Recruitment finder’s fee Pension scheme Future prospects: Should you perform well in this role, there is an opportunity for you to take up a permanent position at the end of your qualification.
