Our Corporate Degree Apprenticeship involves spending 3-years rotating between teams at Hilmore House, where decisions are made, our business grows and teams make a real difference to our customers every day. You’ll work towards a degree while preparing for a brilliant career within our outstanding food retail business! Achieve a valuable degree and the start of a great career Join us as a Corporate Degree Apprentice and make an impact on our business through a variety of exciting live business projects. You’ll progress through a series of placements, before choosing one area to specialise in during the final year, in areas such as: Wholesale Procurement Online Marketing As well as learning on-the-job, you’ll also be studying towards a BSc (Hons) Retail & Business Management Degree Apprenticeship at the University of Bradford. Balancing work and a degree course will be challenging. To support your learning, we'll offer study leave to complete university work stress free. At the end of the 3-year scheme, you’ll have the skills, knowledge and experience to continue building a successful career at Morrisons. Make good things happen Our apprentices get access to a range of employee benefits, including a holiday buying scheme, contributory pension scheme, store discounts and MyPerks. This reward and benefits platform is regularly updated with new offers and discounts, including cashback at popular retailers, savings on entertainment and discounted cinema tickets. Our 5-day working week (Monday to Friday) gives you the opportunity to spend time working alongside your team, as well as some focus time to study from home. What you need to join us Recently achieved or being predicted a minimum of 112 UCAS points and having achieved GCSE Grade 4 in Maths and English are needed for this programme.
