About the role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated IT Support Apprentice to join our Digital Team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop practical IT skills while working towards a Level 3 Information Communications Technician Apprenticeship. Working across both North Walsham High School and Millfield Primary School, you will play a key role in supporting the Trust's IT infrastructure, maintaining devices and networks, resolving technical issues, and assisting with audio-visual services. You'll gain exposure to a broad range of technologies in a supportive environment, helping to ensure staff and students can make the most of digital resources. Responsibilities: Provide first-line IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, iPads, printers, and other IT equipment Create and manage user accounts across Microsoft 365 and other key systems Support the maintenance and security of the Trust's network infrastructure Maintain accurate IT asset inventories and equipment records Assist with cyber security activities and promote safe technology use in line with NCSC and DfE guidance Set up, maintain, and operate audio-visual equipment for school events and presentations Create and update IT documentation and contribute to the digital knowledge base Support IT-related projects and t
