IT Support Engineer Apprentice

We’re looking for an ambitious IT Support Engineer Apprentice to join our growing team, gain hands-on experience working alongside our experienced engineers and build the foundations for a successful career in IT. What you’ll be doing: As an IT Support Engineer Apprentice at Bubble IT, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers needing technical support. Your responsibilities will include: Providing high-quality technical support via phone, email and ticketing systems Logging and managing IT support requests Troubleshooting software, hardware and connectivity issues Supporting the resolution of 1st and 2nd line technical issues Meeting key performance targets and service standards Contributing to process and technical improvements Work closely with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service What we’re looking for: We’re looking for a motivated and adaptable individual with a genuine interest in IT and a passion for solving problems.
