AI Developer & Automation Apprentice

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in AI development, automation, business analysis, process improvement and change management while working on real projects that deliver meaningful business impact. You'll work alongside experienced developers, technical specialists and business stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve the way we work. You’ll then help design, build, test and implement solutions, as well as supporting colleagues to adopt and get the most from new technology. What you’ll be doing: You'll be involved throughout the lifecycle of AI and automation projects, working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the firm. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting requirements gathering, process mapping and identifying opportunities for AI and automation. Assisting with the design and development of AI applications, agents, workflows and automation solutions. Building and refining solutions using AI development tools, coding assistants and automation platforms. Testing AI solutions to ensure they are accurate, reliable, secure and fit for purpose. Supporting the deployment, documentation and rollout of new AI-powered solutions. Creating user guides and training materials and supporting colleagues with the adoption of new technology.
