Software Engineer Apprentice

As a Software Engineer Apprentice at Tecknuovo, you’ll start building your career in software engineering through a combination of structured learning, hands-on experience and support from experienced engineers. You’ll become part of Tecknuovo’s growing Engineering practice, learning how modern digital products and services are designed, built, tested and continuously improved. You’ll develop experience across both front-end and back-end engineering, gradually taking on more responsibility as your technical skills and confidence grow. This is an apprentice role, so we don’t expect you to arrive knowing everything. What matters is that you have a genuine interest in software engineering, enjoy solving problems and are motivated to learn. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers who will provide guidance, feedback and opportunities to put your learning into practice. Alongside your day-to-day work, you’ll complete your apprenticeship programme and have dedicated time for formal learning and development. The aim is to give you the technical foundations, practical experience and professional skills to develop into a capable Software Engineer.
