Are you looking to kick start your career as a digital finance apprentice? You will be; Working to become a system expert on Inteliflow, using this to maintain client records and ensuring data is always accurate and update to date Acting as a first point of contact and responding to / escalating client queries Implementing investment transactions on various systems such as Nucleus Wide use of Microsoft Office Package to complete various daily tasks Preparing for annual review meetings – Dynamic Planner links, helping to create presentations and supporting documents Distributing e-mails to various team members on Outlook Ah-hoc client requests such as POA filing, expression of wish and change of addresses/contact details updating this information on Inteliflow Liaising with various providers What do I need to be successful? Passion for improving professionalism and delighting clients You enjoy a challenge and would like to progress into a role dealing directly with clients and advisers You have a can-do attitude and like to go that extra mile for your team members Good time keeping Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm Benefits: Potential for full time role upon completion of programme Good starting salary Future prospects: 90% of QA apprentices secure permanent employment after completing: this is 20% higher than the national average.
