About the role: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Administration Apprentice to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to build valuable skills in administration, customer service, data management and business operations while working towards a Level 3 Data Technician Apprenticeship. You will play an important role in supporting our day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing data, assisting with transport planning and providing professional support to customers and stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with information, has strong attention to detail and wants to develop a career in administration, data management or business operations. Responsibilities: Input, update and maintain accurate records across company systems and databases. Monitor data quality, ensuring information is complete, accurate and up to date. Produce reports and spreadsheets to support operational decision-making. Assist with data validation, cleansing and auditing activities. Support the management of driver, passenger and transport records. Support the coordination of daily transport schedules and route information. Prepare, file, scan and organise digital and paper-based documentation. Assist with onboarding and maintaining records for drivers and transport staff. Act as a professional first point of contact for telephone and email enquiries. Communicate effectively with schools, parents, drivers and local authorities.
