Responsibilities: Become a systems expert in our CAFM platform, Joblogic, accurately logging customer call-outs, service requests, and job updates. Work in a help desk environment, first point of contact managing incoming telephone enquiries, directing calls to the appropriate department and ensuring messages are captured and communicated effectively. Monitor and process Helpdesk communications via Google Mail, ensuring requests are directed to the correct person or team. Track, chase, and upload engineer and subcontractor documentation, ensuring records are complete, accurate, and up to date within the system. Support the smooth flow of information between customers, engineers, suppliers, and internal departments using collaborative technology and digital business systems. Follow established business processes to maintain service levels and data accuracy. Maintain organised digital records and contribute to the continual improvement of system data quality. Assist with additional business support activities and operational tasks as required. We're looking for someone who is: Willing to learn and develop new skills.
