Our solutions are designed to be intuitive and require minimal training, making them accessible on both Android and Apple devices. Responsibilities: Provide first-line support to clients using measure2improve software, including logging, investigating and responding to support requests. Help triage issues by gathering clear information, screenshots and steps to reproduce before escalating where required. Assist with testing software updates, fixes and releases, recording results clearly and following internal processes. Support the team with change requests, including basic scoping, checking requirements and updating records/comments. Maintain accurate records in the Hub, including support updates, change notes and knowledge-base information. Work with implementation, support and development colleagues to understand client processes and resolve queries. Build knowledge of m2i.SHEQ, NHT and related systems while completing apprenticeship learning and training requirements. Required skills: Good written and verbal communication skills and a professional approach to client contact. Confident using computers, Microsoft Office and web-based systems. Good attention to detail, especially when recording information and following processes. Willingness to learn how software systems work and how to investigate issues logically. Organised and able to manage several tasks while asking for guidance when needed. Positive attitude, reliability and ability to work as part of a small team. Interest in software support, data, reporting or technology would be beneficial.
