Due to continued growth Ross & Liddell are looking for an apprentice to join their front of house team. Responsibilities include: Provide first-line digital support by managing shared inboxes via Microsoft outlook, allocating emails, and maintaining accurate records to ensure efficient workflow management Process electronic invoices, update internal systems, and maintain digital tracking logs for payments, queries, and outstanding documentation Communicate with contractors and suppliers to resolve invoice queries, request missing information, and keep records updated within company systems Support finance by creating digital records, processing documentation, and liaising with the finance team regarding payments and contractor statements Use business software (CPL Property Management System)and databases to monitor tasks, update account information, and ensure all records are accurate and compliant Become a CPL superuser for the organisation Deliver excellent customer service by handling incoming calls, triage enquiries, recording messages, and supporting clients with payment and account-related queries Manage electronic diaries, reminders, and scheduled activities, ensuring deadlines, correspondence, and digital tasks are completed on time Desirable skills: Excellent communication skills Professional and friendly manner Good organisational skills
