Working hours
Dhol is open Monday - Thursday 5.00pm - 10.30pm, Friday - Sunday, 12.00pm - 3.00pm & 5.00pm - 11.00pm (Sun until 10:30pm). The apprentice will work shifts across these hours, including evenings and weekends, with an agreed rota and time allocated for off-the-job training.
