About the role

The Apprentice will provide essential administrative and coordination support to Bradford Care Alliance (BCA), assisting with the planning, delivery and monitoring of projects and primary care services across Bradford District and Craven.

What you'll do

The Apprentice Project Administrator will support the BCA operational and project teams with a variety of administrative and coordination tasks. Typical duties will include:

Providing day-to-day administrative support to the project and operational teams.
Assisting with the planning, coordination and delivery of projects and services.
Organising meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes and following up on agreed actions.
Maintaining accurate project records, spreadsheets, databases and documentation.
Supporting the collection, monitoring and reporting of project and service performance data.
Communicating with GP practices, healthcare professionals, service providers and other stakeholders.
Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations and project updates.
Monitoring project timelines, tracking progress and highlighting outstanding actions.
Responding to emails, telephone enquiries and general administrative requests.
Supporting the organisation of training sessions and events.
