Operating Department Practitioner Apprenticeship

The Role The Apprentice Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) will be working towards becoming a registered ODP by gaining a BSc (Hons) in Operating Department Practice through our chosen Higher Education Institute and will become a successful registrant of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). The Apprentice ODP will undertake an apprenticeship programme incorporating the integrated Degree Apprenticeship standards of an ODP. The apprenticeship programme combines academic and work-based learning. The Apprentice ODP will be fully supported to develop the skills required over the duration of the apprenticeship. We will be holding a Q&A session on Monday 23rd March at 17.00 pm - 19.00 pm in the Education Centre on level 5, at Salisbury District Hospital. Come along and find out more about the role. There will also be a presentation at 18:10 pm. There will be a chance to meet some of the team and ask any questions about the role and the recruitment process. No need to pre-book.
