The programme provides structured learning, hands-on experience, and professional development opportunities to interns and early career professionals located across Anglo American operations. The programme currently operates across the United Kingdom and Brazil, with expansion planned into South Africa, Peru, and Chile. Interns join from a range of Anglo American mine sites and participate in a structured curriculum that combines cybersecurity learning, industry certification preparation, and professional development. The Apprenticeship Delivery Analyst plays a key role in supporting the delivery and operational management of the programme internationally. The Analyst will support curriculum delivery, intern development tracking, programme quality improvements, and training operations across multiple regions. This role is well suited to someone with an interest in training delivery, early careers development, and programme coordination. Prior cybersecurity experience is not required; cybersecurity concepts and training material can be learned on the job.
